We are looking for Purchasing & Team Assistant for our international ICT client for full-time work.
Creating purchase orders to different departments and documentation regarding those. Invoicing and invoice queries management. Team assistant to dedicated segments, providing calendar management for segment leads. Coordinating and scheduling weekly internal sales meetings. Event organizing (internal & external). Managing distribution lists.
What we are looking for:
The person we are seeking will make a purchase orders (POs). That is why the financial background, budgetary understanding, previous experience in purchases is needed. The interpretation and accuracy of the agreements is also important. The person is responsible for ensuring that purchases are compliance with the Client's policy.
The person will provide administrative support to teams in various projects such as arranging meetings and communicating with all team members.
