We are looking for a Commercial Solution Support for our international ICT client. Position is permanent via ManpowerGroup and will start at August or early September.

A typical day includes:

  • Commercial Solution Executive support
  • Support CSE team in post-sales activities
  • Own the contract processing and deal closing activities
  • Internal and partner support for commercial licensing solutions
  • Manage key stakeholders to meet critical deadlines
  • Contract processing
  • Post-sales activities

Required background:

  • 3 years relevant experience – Licensing and/or Sales
  • Microsoft Certified Professional certification would be a big bonus
  • Good knowledge of standard productivity tools like MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Service minded, flexible and able to effectively multi-task
  • Positive attitude and a passion for working with customers and partners
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Hands on mentality
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Finnish

Potential travel to licensing training once or twice a year to an EMEA location.
