We are looking for a
Business Program Manager
to drive the process, role and change management in our client's system deployment projects. The selected person shall work on Experis's payroll in our client's premises in Espoo. The contract will start as soon as we find the right person. The position is temporary for 1,5-2 years (estimated duration of the program)
- Strong experience in project / program management, especially from business projects
- Experience in large change management projects/programs on field operations/resource management area, including IT solution implementation. Equipment installation content knowledge is not a mandatory
- Ability to discuss with and manage high level business stakeholders
- Experience in working with multicultural teams
- Fluency in English
