BANK ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT, Espoo

We are looking for a Bank Account Management Support to work for our client company, which operates globally within the Retail sector. The position is placed in the global Group Corporate Finance & Tax organization. The employment is temporary until the end of 2020, and the employer will be Experis.

The key tasks and responsibilities of this position include

  • Support the Bank Account Management Specialist with the task of opening of bank accounts, connecting these to SWIFT and building of cash pools.
  • Work closely with the global banks of the client and their respective documentation and KYC teams to obtain, verify against standards, complete and secure appropriate approval by all relevant stakeholders.
  • Assess bank requests against the relevant KYC and AML (anti-money laundering) directives to ensure that the requests are within the framework.
  • Provide banks with required KYC information, and manage all relevant documentation including but not limited to contracts, forms, service enablement requests, proposed volumes, source of fund information.
  • Maintain the bank account master database, treasury management system, payment factory system, general ledgers with all the relevant bank account information and ensure consistency of information between these solutions.



We wish you have the following qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of KYC requirements.
  • Understanding of bank account opening and service enablement process.
  • Awareness of SWIFT and SWIFT related documentation.
  • Experience of working in a similar position or within a bank's Client Due Diligence team is highly preferable.
  • Basic knowledge of standard contractual terms related to loan agreements.
  • Experience of working in a high pressure and demanding project environment.
  • Good organizational and communication capabilities.
  • Excellent English skills both in written and orally, other languages are seen as an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills, since work requires collaborating with various stakeholders globally.
